The Research Of Fuzhou Leftover Spaces By Landscape Design

With the dramatic growth of the urban population, the city’s public space appears more crowded,which has become the biggest wish of urban residents to have the suited outdoor leisure facilities.In the process of urbanization,due to venue space environment, location and even workplace safety and other issues which cause the neglect of the leftover spaces that has been in existence for a long time or is being generated zone,leading to few cares gradually abandoned.the leftovers spaces design is not only clever use of the city wasted space resources but also enrich the city’s space environment and greatly increased the area of the city outdoor exchanges spaces, exactly satisfy the demand of urban residents that space for outdoor activities.In this paper, departure from the target of the city leftover spaces design,through analytically study the concept of urban corner space, function, status quo and elements summed up the type of leftover spaces,combined with the results of the analysis of the outstanding cases at home and abroad,then throughout the human-centered design principles of the process of landscape design and use of city leftover spaces and summed up the best mode of urban corner space in landscape design. Adoption of the summed mode applied to the design and use of the leftover spaces in Fuzhou, do first attempt aims to build a harmonious and ideal home environment.
