Research On Quality Supervision Of "Chongqing Darongcheng" Indoor Decoration Projects

In recent years, the development of decoration industry has not the same as therecession of the real estate like most people thinking. On the contrary, decorationindustry is developing rapidly, and the market prospect is very broad. Decoration tobeautify people’s living environment, enrich people’s lives. At the same time, the qualityproblems have gradually aroused the concerns of the community. Domestic decorationcompanies mostly are small, industry dispersion is too high, and there is viciouscompetition. The lower threshold of market access to a large number of unqualifiedbusinesses and individuals to contract business, competing with discount or gifts andother means fierce competition cheap Showmanship, leading to disorderly competitionin the market, but also the legitimate rights and interests of consumers have littleprotection.Quality decides business survival. The pros and cons of the project quality aredirectly related to the vital interests of the masses of the people, as well as thedevelopment and progress of society as a whole. A quality project is not only anaffirmation of the cause of building works, but also a city and a national constructionindustry directly reflects the level of development. the contrary, if the quality of theproject is bad, it would damage people’s lives and property, more may be worse, citiesand countries to bring the huge human and property losses. Therefore, improving thequality of the project has become the first condition of real estate developers, buildingcontractors, as well as decorative decoration companies survive and thrive. Decorationindustry practitioners must also put the quality at the location of center, and takemeasures to strive to improve their management standards and technical level.This paper takes Darongcheng project which contracted to build by ChongqingZhengyu Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. as a research background. First, throughrefining the literature, we understand the status of project management, the researchstatus of quality management, project quality management, and described the basicprinciples of quality management and research tools. Then we introduce theconstruction background of Darongcheng indoor decoration project, the status of quality management and its characteristics, and the use of factor analysis method to get anumber of key factors to affect the quality management of Darongcheng interiordecoration projects. Based on the project, we established the project quality objectivesand management plan, analyze the quality risk. Focusing on the critical factors ofquality management for Darongcheng interior decoration projects, we combine with thethree-phase QC, three whole QM theory and PDCA cycle theory to put forward projectquality management safeguards. Finally, we summarize the research conclusions,insufficient and further research in this study. Through the successful implementation inthe "melting City" project, we prove the scientific and feasibility of our research.
