Research On Quality Control Strategy Of QD Company’s WBY Project In Construction Stage

Project quality control is a systematic engineering,from the feasibility study,survey and design,construction,completion acceptance and other links,they all need quality management,management of the whole project quality management is the key to the quality of the construction phase.Whether the quality management is effective during the construction period directly affects the overall progress of the project and whether the quality of the project conforms to the national standards and the requirements of the owner.Therefore,it is of important theoretical value and practical significance to study the quality control strategy in the construction phase of specific engineering projects.QD Company has insisted on scale expansion for many years,but lack of understanding of the importance of quality control management leads to frequent quality problems.Based on this,this paper takes the WBY project of QD Company as the research object to carry out targeted research on quality control problems in the construction phase.The paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,empirical research,etc.,starting from the current situation of the quality control of the WBY project of QD Company,first of all,on the basis of defining the project construction scale,construction scheme and quality objectives,aiming at the specific environment and requirements of the project construction,the paper analyzes the existing main problems in the quality control of the WBY project.Secondly,the cause and effect analysis method is used to identify the major causes of the quality management problems of QD Company’s WBY project under the high turnover mode from the five major quality factors of human,machine,material,method and environment.Then,according to the thought of total quality management,the quality control plan is designed for the quality plan,control,inspection and improvement in the construction stage of the project in view of the main quality management problems of WBY project.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the quality control plan,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the project quality control effect,and the WBY project quality control optimization strategy is proposed according to the evaluation results.The research results of this paper can effectively improve the overall quality control level of WBY project,help project managers to establish a more scientific and effective quality control system,improve the quality supervision mechanism,and improve the quality management ability of enterprises.At the same time,it can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the quality control of similar projects.
