The Research On The Strategy Of Light Transformation And Reuse Of Existing Building Roof In Shenzhen

With more cities,cities growing in size,density and height.At the same time,high density and high volume of urban space lead to the deterioration of human settlements environment,people's new living and working needs can not be met.With the change of urban renewal mode and the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,a large number of existing building roof space in the city has attracted more and more attention and consideration.Because of its huge stock and unique space location,the roof space of existing buildings has great possibilities in functionality,aesthetics,ecology and so on.Therefore,to do a good job in its renovation and reuse will be of great help to the development and renewal of the city.There are many plans for the renovation and reuse of existing building roofs in cities.However,due to the problems of large scope of influence,long duration,high energy consumption of resources and difficult quality assurance of existing renovation methods,it has been difficult to popularize the wider range of practice and application.Therefore,based on the concept of "light transformation",this paper puts forward the light transformation and reuse of existing building roofs,and tries to summarize a set of strategies and methods in order to solve various problems in the current transformation and reuse,and to provide assistance for promoting the wider transformation and reuse of existing building roof space in Shenzhen and even in the whole country.This paper focuses on the following aspects:1.By studying the current situation of the utilization and renovation of the roof space of the existing buildings in cities,the shortcomings and problems are sorted out and summarized,and on this basis,light renovation is proposed.The first is the lightness of the building itself.For the existing building itself,the lightweight transformation is to restore and enhance the function of the existing building by partial demolition,addition,replacement and supplement,on the premise of avoiding a large number of demolition construction.The second is to be light of the environment and people,and to pursue the goal of low transformation impact,high transformation efficiency and high transformation quality in the transformation.2.Intrinsic the relationship between light transformation and industrialization of newarchitecture is expounded.Specifically,light transformation relies on project management thinking of new-type construction industrialization,design,production,construction technology and concept,in order to solve the shortcomings and problems existing in traditional transformation methods.At the same time,the principle of light roof reconstruction and some typical methods and ideas are put forward.3.By investigating and analyzing three different existing building areas in Shenzhen,this paper further summarizes and analyses the problems existing in the utilization and renovation of roof space,and combines the light renovation ideas mentioned above,chooses the Haitian Garden in Shenzhen Baoan to carry out specific renovation strategy discussion and virtual design,and puts forward specific renovation strategies.
