Enterprise railway as part of the enterprise transportation network, plays an importantrole in enterprise railway transportation, and the efficiency of transport operations directlyaffect transport capacity and the scale of production. Therefore, combining with the rapiddevelopment of the national railway CTC system to study the characteristics of enterpriserailway transportation operation and design an automatic operation system, will have a greathelp to improve enterprise’s production management level and reduce the enterpriseproduction cost.First of all, the paper introduces the system function and the realization principle ofDecentralized Autonomous CTC system which has a rapid development in the field ofrailway automation and information technology, and especially describes the autonomousworking principle and autonomous working process. And then, the paper on the basis ofunderstanding the autonomous working principle of the station discusses the station trainoperation process, shunting operation process and their route controlling process. After adetailed study of operation process and route control, the paper establishes a mathematicalmodel of route optimization choice, which is executed to choose the best route for operationplan according to two major indicators, namely the least amount time of route taking up andthe total minimum time of route delayed.Then, the paper has analyzed the yard structure, and is put forward to establish a closedloop type module yard structure topology according the relative position of the stationequipment and the relationship between the proposed equipment. At the same time, accordingto the established the station structure topology, paper also compares the train route andshunting route composition characteristics, and proposes a depth-first traversal algorithm tothe closed-loop diagram for searching operation plan route. In order to get route of theoperating plan, the paper makes corresponding process to searched results, such as doingreverse output or seeking intersection, according to different types of route.Finally, the paper detailed describes the enterprise railway operation automatic controlprocess and realization way, and constructs the static and dynamic module for automaticoperation system. Static module is mainly used for yard operation interface generation andoperation optimization of route choice, the dynamic module is used for controlling the routeof operation plan and dynamic updating of operation plan. Through the mutual cooperation ofthe two modules, automatic execution of the operating plan will be achieved. The paper hasmade a detailed research on enterprise railway operation plan automatic execution, and buildsa relatively complete execution program of automatic operation. On the basis of the complete design, the paper simulates the automatic execution of operation plan to verify the beforedesign methods, and gets a good test result.
