Rail transport as the main way of the freight transport of non-ferrous smelting enterprises bear the heavy responsibility to ensure the production through transport.In order to improve the efficiency of making the enterprise transportation dispatching plan, achieve enterprise shunting automation and information technology building, the optimization of making shunting plan scientifically and systematically is needed, according to the characteristics of the metallurgical enterprises, a enterprise scheduling transportation intelligent dispatching system for automated management of operations plan is designed.By analyzing the operating principle of single batch of pick-up goods trains marshalling shunting, the train formation problem is abstracted as a model of calculating sort order and a new method of automatically generating marshalling coupler plan is presented. Hook planning process involves three steps:(1) a binary search tree, which is applied to the sequence of trains waiting to being marshaled, is built to search the sequence arrays quickly by its features of orderliness and searching capacity.(2) the appropriate rules are established to select sub-optimal fall-down plans which could be flexibly adjusted according to the number of present shunting tracks and don’t be restricted by the number of the tracks.(3) a new definition of take-in marshalling fixed group is introduced to simplify the take-in marshalling process by using computer. Examples verify that the proposed method can save the shunting hooks in the take-in-marshalling process and accomplish the automatic establishment for marshalling coupler plan.For the multiple batch of train sorting and classifying operation and placing-in and taking-out operation coordination optimization problem, this paper firstly defines the specific "full axis" condition according to the distinguishing feature of enterprise railway, and builds a mathematical model based on optimization of train sorting schemes. Secondly, the present optimization model of radial placing-in and taking-out operation was improved, a mathematical model is built to make train sorting and classifying operation and placing-in and taking-out operation global optimal. Finally, a hybrid elite ant colony algorithm based on genetic algorithm was designed which harmonized genetic algorithm and ant colony optimization for global optimization model. By the proposed algorithm, global optimal train sorting and classifying scheme and placing-in scheme could be obtained after choosing the optimal taking-out schemes. An example proves accuracy of the model and efficiency of the algorithm.Finally, the paper develops a metallurgical rail transport management and dispatching system, achieve the automatic establishment for classifying operation and placing-in and taking-out operation plan, information management inquiries and other functions, verify the feasibility and practicability of the theories and methods.
