The fire is a serious harm to people’s lives and property, a direct impact on social development and stability of the common disaster. The development of the city is always accompanied by the fight against fire, with China’s rapid economic development and urbanization continues to accelerate, expanding the size of the cities, urban fires are more frequent, resulting in the loss is also growing. Are facing a serious fire situation, the fire and rescue forces to shorten the fire response time to reach the scene of the fire as soon as possible to expand the emergency rescue, fire can effectively control the situation and reduce losses. Fire emergency vehicles as emergency vehicles, although not subject to the restrictions of the traffic signal, but in the actual operation, as part of the traffic flow will certainly be subject to the impact of real-time traffic conditions, the uncertainty resulting from the fire center to the travel time of the fire place, the entire fire service response time greater impact. Therefore, in the city in case of fire, how to choose the real-time traffic impact fire vehicles driving route to make it barrier-free in the shortest time to reach the scene of the fire, an important part of fire fighting and rescue work.
