The Research Of Reaction Turbine Manufactring Processes

The improvement of manufacturing process for reaction turbine of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd was studied by this paper. On the basement of detail analyzing on the theories and implementation methods of lean production, Six Sigma quality management, flexible production, combining the advanced production management theory with the existing problems of the reaction turbine manufacturing process, the factors of competitive power of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd difficultly improved were illustrated, also the improvement elements and the objectives of reaction turbine manufacturing process were analyzed.Firstly, the current situation and problems of the manufacturing process for reaction turbine of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd were analyzed. The coMPany production pattern and the types of reaction turbine including condensing reaction turbine, extraction condensing reaction turbine, multistage backpressure reaction turbine, extraction backpressure reaction turbine were introduced, and the existing problems of reaction turbine manufacturing process were studied.Secondly, the improvement design of reaction turbine manufacturing process was proposed. According to the improvement objectives of coMPany, the factors affecting the flow of production, which include production rhythm, output, production plan, production quality were obtained. The modular design of reaction turbine production line, which include modularizing individual production unit, assembling the different production modules and making up the required production process system was emphatically discussed. The reforming design of modular production line and the managing design of lean production were analyzed. The inventory, dynamic control of production plan,and set of production rhythm were clarified. On the basement of Six Sigma quality control process and design continuously improved, the significant missing detection and the recurring problems were improved. By using Six Sigma quality management system, the quality problems affecting the ability of manufacturing process were systematically overcome and the manufacture was promoted.Finally, the implementation and evaluation of improvement for reaction turbine manufacturing process were analyzed. Through the modular process improvement in the future, every link adopts a uniform mode of production preparation, Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd Reduced workshop production data storage phenomenon of chaos and no value of the labor process. The research is used for the management of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd.
