With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of the standard of living of the people,more and more families have started to own private cars,and the industries of automobiles and their components have begun to develop rapidly.At the same time,a large number of well-known foreign auto parts companies began to invest in factories in China to seize the market,so that the market competition among auto parts companies in China is also increasingly intensified.In addition,China put forward the "Made in China 2025" program of action in 2015,emphasizing accelerating the development of manufacturing innovation,improving quality and efficiency,and promoting the development of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.The basis of smart manufacturing is based on the fact that companies have efficient and standard production processes,huge basic data,and a high-quality quality management system.Therefore,automobile and auto parts manufacturing,which are one of the representatives of the manufacturing industry,are confronted with fierce market competition pressures and the general trend of internal changes.How to establish a set of high-quality production and operation management models to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises?The focus of the study is now on the top of the company and related scholars.This article takes the automobile parts manufacturing enterprise LD as the research object,analyzes the internal and external operating environment of the enterprise through the SWOT analysis method,and obtains the Lean Six Sigma management to improve the efficiency,improve the quality,meet the changing needs of the customers,and establish a set of operation strategy based on the Six Sigma management system.Framework,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company effective measures.This article implements improvements at LD in accordance with the DMAIC II process of Lean Six Sigma.The definition phase selects the improvement project and confirms the customer's key requirements.Then the team is formed and the project charter is established.The measurement phase measures the hours of work and tooling,draws out the status of the value stream and collects issues and suggestions raised by the production and quality.The analysis phase analyzes work hours,capacity,production,and quality issues.During the improvement phase,employees are trained to improve production efficiency and product quality through automation,fool-proofing,and workstation balance.The 5S work was carried out during the control phase,and a reward system and a rapid response mechanism for improvement proposals were established.Then evaluate the implementation results and build an operational strategy framework based on the Lean Six Sigma management system based on this improvement.Finally,we study the way of ensuring and promoting the management mode.The research results of this paper can provide reference for other small and medium-sized auto parts companies that want to win the competitive advantage of the enterprise by choosing to implement Lean Six Sigma management and establishing an operating strategy framework based on the Lean Six Sigma management system.
