In the course of S&T development and industrialization advancement, forcemeasurement machines always play an important role. Among a large range of measurementmachines, dead-weight force standard machine adopts the gravity of standard weights asreproduced force to measure and test sensors and other measuring apparatus. Anddead-weight force standard machine is widely used in measure field for it has relativelysimple structure, high precision, strong experience accumulation of development anapplication.In practical application, we usually use limited, as little as possible weights combine asmuch as possible forces for the purpose of saving space and cost. In general, for a particularforce, some a few weight is needed to load on the machine simultaneously in order to improveloading efficiency, and in the process of force transformation, weights exchange is required.Because of its own characteristics,the “reverse-way” will inevitably occurred in loadingprocess in traditional dead-weight force standard machine. Additionally, tested sensors andother apparatus are designed on the basis of linear elastic theory; there exists a linearrelationship between output and input, thus lead to hysteresis. All these characters willinfluent the testing result, so dead-weight force standard machine is required to eliminate the“reverse-way” during loading process and meantime improve loading accuracy andefficiency.In view of the above problems, this thesis initially analyzed various kinds of forcestandard machine about their working principles, their characters and their currentdevelopment. On the basis of analysis and comparison; we do an In-depth exploration tofigure out the ideal curve for dead-weight force standard machine to load in order to eliminatethe “reverse-way” and make the loading process smooth. As for weights combination, weconduct a research on weights combination to get forces, select forces, arrange selected forcesin order and in turn figure out best weights combination for a particular force, through thisfour steps we finally bring out weight combination principle and weight combinationalgorithm. On the basis of getting best weights combination and aiming at practicalapplication, the combination loading method and its control algorithm have been put forwardso as to eliminate “reverse-way” from loading method. Finally, this thesis also discussedsystem control project in details and relevant control software’s constitution and functions ofeach module. Simulation and site testing has demonstrated the efficiency and accuracy of ourmethod.
