Along with the rapid development of modern economy and theimprovement of city modernization, the vehicle usage will be substantiallyincreased, the urban traffic management question has become more and moreserious. The number of urban parking problem is the urban trafficmanagement is an important aspect, due to the parking lot need fixed staticuse space. Then the parking lot intellectualized management has become theurban traffic management is an important component in the.Because our country car park development in developed countries comparedthe development of late, parking management system is relatively backward,the traditional roadside parking charge management way often requires a lotof human. The management way not only need to use a large number of staff,and at the same time, also can cause the loss of money. So aiming at theroadside parking charge scheme in the study design.This paper puts forward Zigbee based on wireless communicationnetwork technology roadside stop charging system design, combined with thebasic requirements of charging system, it is used widely for the realization ofZigbee technology based on the system for data communication and datamanagement. In the hardware design, we chose the integrated with a wirelesstransceiver and8051micro controller CC2430as hardware platform, and isconvenient for equipment module design and development and debugging.Software using the German electric appliance company provided freeprotocol stack, designed for the roadside terminal detection equipment andhand-hold POS machine coordination unit of tree network topologicalstructure and application frame structure, the use of the drive module aredesigned and realized the communication between the equipment function,design on the street parking system in the roadside adhere to the terminalequipment to join the network time consuming, data communication rate andcommunication range the three main process test. The results show that thenetwork time, communication rate and communication range accord with therequirements of the system.From the test results can be concluded that the equipment of wirelesscommunication solutions to meet the requirements of the roadside stopcharging system, fully embodies the system intelligent and stability.
