In recent years, different kinds of high-rise and super high-rise buildings emerge continuously with the rapid development of economy and society. As the necessary equipment of modernized building operations, tower crane has the merits of high tower body, a heavy weight of hoisting, wide coverage range, high work efficiency and so on. It plays an extremely important role in realm of loading and unloading, architecture, etc. The future growing trend of tower crane is that continuous rising tower body, more and more heavy elevating capacity and still more extensive coverage range. But the security problem of tower crane also becomes increasingly severe and several safety accidents of tower crane happen in China every year. In order to avoid the occurrence of dangerous accidents and protect the security of our country and people’s life and property, this paper designed a kind of intelligent security warning system of tower crane based on ZigBee and GSM on the basic of sensor technique, embedded counting, ZigBee technique and short message.According to the research of principle of tower crane’operating organization and wireless communication technique, this paper put forward the whole solution of intelligent warning system of tower crane and analyzed the general framework and function of system. The system prompted to give an alarm through wireless system when the actual detecting value of sensors exceeded the secure value which was set. On the basic of that, the circuit design of hardware platform was accomplished using the leading CC2430radio frequency(RF) chip designed by TI company and the design of software was realized according to use the concise version of ZigBee protocol stack. Then it taked the anti-interference measures of hardware and software respectively. Finally detailed test was made on the basic of the platform and complete the entire design of system.The innovation points of this paper lie in taking the combining method of two kind of wireless communication. It not only leaves out the complex cabling and eliminats the shortcomings of wired monitoring, but also install simplely, set up network flexiblely and is suitable for remote warning. And it also overcomes the shortcomings of single wireless communication technique as well.The hardware and software debugging of system showed that the warning system of tower crane basically achieve the expected design goals. But if it is put into actual application, the continuous improvement of software and hardware is needed. |
