With our vehicle load and increasing traffic flow, the early construction ofasphalt concrete pavement has reached the useful life into the maintenance andconservation of the stage. Recycling of RAP not only a huge waste of resourcescaused, but also cause irreversible environmental pollution. If the old material to berecycled will have huge economic and social environmental benefits.In this paper,Guangxi local asphalt pavement Hot in-plant recyclaimde as engineering background,through a large number of laboratory tests, the main research the following aspects:1. Treatment of the old material by extraction, centrifugation, rotary evaporation,the old asphalt recycling and the detected content of old asphalt was3.3%. Byscreening test measured the old material gradation beyond the scope of the originaldesign, refinement serious.2. To penetration, softening point, ductility and viscosity as a means of control,to study the recycling agent content on the asphalt performance, get the bestregenerant dosage is7%.3. This paper uses: Old asphalt and regenerant agent (7%) and New asphalt (70#);Old Asphalt and regenerant agent (7%) and SBS modified asphalt (3%); Old asphaltand New asphalt (90#) three species reproducing method for the control means in thethree indicators, obtained by testing the effect of regenerated methods reproductionorder of: Regenerated catalyst regeneration method> Modified asphalt regenerationmethod> Reconcile old and new asphalt regeneration method.4. The recyclaimed asphalt mixture gradation design specifications for the AC-13value, depending on regeneration method the regenerated catalyst regenerationmethod blending proportion of old material is divided into30%,50%,70%; themodified asphalt and reconcile the old and the new method for regenerating asphaltblending old material ratio was50percent, with the recycled asphalt mixture designand high-temperature performance ratio, water stability, low temperature performance,strength and other road performance were analyzed.5. Measured by indirect tensile test recycled asphalt mixture fatigue times,recycled asphalt mixture will be in a different stress ratios, logarithmic fatigue life,such as logarithmic factor of safety in case of fatigue test results are summarized toestablish stress ratio and fatigue life, stress ratio with a single logarithmic fatigue life of the logarithm of the number of safety factor and fatigue life curve, and draw thecorresponding fatigue equation and regression coefficients.6. The use of recycled gray relational theory asphalt road performance factors, todetermine the impact of recycled asphalt mixture high temperature performance,water stability and low temperature performance of the main factors are the Marshallstability, porosity and flow values.7. Combined with specific projects on recycled asphalt pavement constructiontechnology and processes are summarized proposed recycling old material andpretreatment methods, recycled asphalt mixture for mixing, transportation, paving,rolling and shaping the technical requirements analyzed.8. Of recycled asphalt mixture effectiveness analysis, the recycling can save andinvest the most important factor (for recycling old material is greater than the directeconomic benefits of the old materials processing fee).
