Grouting is applied into many areas of civil engineering and the tunnel surroundingrock grouting plays a positive and effective role in the groundwater management ofmountain tunnel surrounding rock. After the verification about the research direction,this article widely consults the related literature at home and abroad, and masters theresearch achievements and latest development of grouting engineering with the analysisabout the groutability and other related factors. The system analysis of curtain groutingtechnology for tunnel construction is also carried. The research work this paper hasmade in detail is as follows:Hydrodynamic ideal fluid is incompressible, there is a very important equation inthe one-dimensional flow equation, i.e. Euler equation.The analysis of the relation aboutsize ball diffusion in rock among flow q, pressureh1, and diffusion radiusr1.With the combination of fluid mechanics the analysis about the size diffusionformula in gravel layer without the consideration about slurry viscosity variation ismade. As it is inseparable between the size diffusion radius the viscosity, based on thisformula the practical formula with the consideration of fluid viscosity time-varyingfactors are analyzed..With the consideration of hydrodynamic pressure, the coupling mathematicalmodel of equivalent continuous rock seepage field and stress field are analyzed. Theexistence of crack presence plays an important role to the rock seepage and stresschange, and at the same time, seepage and stress influence each other greatly. Whendoing surrounding rock grouting design, the coupling analysis should be carried out toensure construction safety.In the surrounding rock grouting construction, the surrounding rock’s porosity andpermeability will change with serous gel; According to the change in rock fracture ongrouting construction, the porosity change model of fractured rock mass is deduced;From the variation point of view in surrounding rock porosity for grouting constructionand the application of three power law, the permeability theoretical model of thefractured rock mass after completion of grouting is established. This model can forecastthe grouting effect preliminarily, which is good for the evaluation of the results ofgrouting and having the guidance for tunnel grouting construction.Through the field test of project, the variation mathematical mode of the permeability in surrounding rock of grouting after the completion estimates thepermeability of surrounding rock when the grouting construction is finished. This couldbe regarded as the inspection of grouting effect or the provision of evaluation, whichalso has the important theory significance for grouting construction.The focus of this research will be the engineering example verification about thesurrounding rock groundwater grouting engineering of certain Chongqing subwaytunnel by applying mathematical model. It has a positive guidance to the projectconstruction and the project construction process also proves this point.
