More than90%of the built high-grade highways of our country are the asphaltpavement, another five years most of the highway will go into the overhaul period,highway maintenance lead to a large number of waste idle stacked asphaltpavement,not only it’s a waste of resources, but also caused serious environmentalproblems. Recycling of asphalt pavement recycling material conducive to wastedisposal, energy conservation, environmental protection, has significant economic andsocial and environmental benefits.This paper depended on "Carbon emissions regeneration and recycling of oldasphalt concrete pavement materials technology" project of Chongqing ChengbangDevelopment Co., Ltd, to carry out the following research:①Against climatic conditions of Chongqing, concluded that recycled asphaltmixture quality objectives of Chongqing are high temperature stability, water stability,and durability, summarize the common factor are grading, aggregate ratio,temperature, uniformity;②Analyze the general method to achieve recycling mixture quality objectivesconstraints,and establish a multi-objective model to deal with the recycled mixturesof Chongqing;③Put forward the way to deal with RAP to achieve the quality objectives,respectively they are old pavement survey recycling of RAP broken ofRAP sub-file screening performance testing of RAP the synthesis of thereference material the recycled mixtures of design the production of the mixture;④Analysis the technical way to achieve the multi-objective model, divided intotwo main steps: reference material and its synthesis; the design of recycledmixtures.We found that synthesized RAP’s variability cound meet the regulatoryrequirements by synthesizing the reference material, and we can use the Marshalldesign method to design the best aggregate ratio under the premise of the type ofblending rate, by the performance test of recycled asphalt mixture,we can concludethat the performance of recycled mixtures achieved by the method of referencematerials synthesis can meet the specification requirements.
