With the implementation of the "12th Five-Year" plan,the highway construction in China presents a new development tendency,and the recycling of road surface has become the most important direction of development.Under the new situation,it becomes new problems that how the application of highway asphalt pavement recycling technology meet the pavement requirements,how to reduce the cost of the highway asphalt pavement regeneration technology application and how to achieve the goals of recycling of resources utilization,environmental protection.This paper aims to study on the multi-objective implementation path of plant-mix heat recycling of the common road surface plant in the southwest mountainous area,to proposed method to improve the quality of recycling,to reduce the cost of recycling,at the same time to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment,to promote the application of plant-mix heat recycling in the construction of ordinary asphalt pavement in mountainous areas.On the basis of major science and technology project of Guizhou Provincial Communications Department in 2013 “Application Research on the technology of hot and humid mountain area highway asphalt pavement hot mix plant recycling”,from the point of view of management,the idea of multi-objective decision making,this paper does the following researches:At first,by using stratified sequencing,this paper sort the plant-mix heat recycling quality,cost and environmental protection objectives according to their importance method.And according to the climatic conditions in the southwest mountain area,it concludes the subgoal of the plant-mix heat recycling quality,cost and environment protection of the common road surface in the southwest mountainous area,thus establishing the target system for plant-mix heat recycling of the common road surface plant in the southwest mountainous area.Then,this paper puts up with the technological path to reach the multi-objective of plant-mix heat recycling of the common road surface plant in the southwest mountainous area.That is: recycling of RAP?broken of RAP?screening of RAP?sub-file of RAP?the synthesis of the reference material?the recycled mixtures of design?quality verification?cost analysis?environmental protection analysis?the production of the mixture,and also analyzes the most important technical methods in the realization of the target path—the method of the synthesis of the reference material,the recycledmixtures of design and the general method of RAP variability,RAP blending rate and analysis of asphalt concrete mixing performance.Finally,based on the project and the technical means and constraints,this paper analyzed the quality,cost of plant-mix heat recycling of the common road surface plant in the southwest mountainous area and environmental protection goal respectively,and concludes non-dominated set of the plant-mix heat recycling quality,cost and environmental protection objectives the scheme of realizing the multiple objectives.
