| In this paper, the digital design of the plat solar heating system was developed with thehelp of the parametric design technique, the virtual assembly technique, the engineeringanalysis technique and the secondary development technique. The3D design softwareSolidWorks was used as the platform, and VB6.0was used as the development tool.With the analysis of the operating principle of the plat solar system and the study of theparametric modeling technique, the digital standard model of all parts of the plat solar heatingsystem was built and the detachable way of installation was designed. With the help of thesecondary development language Visual Basic6.0, the human-computer interaction, possesseduser-friendly interface and simply operation, was developed. The3D modeling and parametricdesign of the parts can be got after choosing parts and inputting parameters in the interface.And the most important parts were analyzed using the engineering analysis technique. Andafter the study of the technique and its implement method, the virtual assembly system of theplat solar heating system and the engineering drawing exchange of major parts was completed.The development of the digital system of the plat solar heating system improved theproductivity and property of the whole systematic development and reduced the repetitive jobsin the design procedure. It also improved the design efficiency, reduced the design circle andguaranteed the design quality, which has a special significance to enhance the competitivenessof the enterprises. |
