In order to improve the supporting ability of the air-condition system of XXXproject under the new situation and the management capability, at the same time free theoperators and the engineers from the shackles of low-level operating and watching, wemainly focus on studying the model of the automation control and intelligentmanagement. The main topics are as follows:(1) The structure and distribution model of the air-condition system are researched.Based on the analysis of the features of the current system, the explicit requirement ofthe future system are listed, and we also give the basic rule and scope of theinformatization, that is, the main structure of the system should be based on the fieldcontrol system and the subsystem should be based on the distributed control system.(2) Four typical models for different working area are proposed. After analysisingthe heat loading requirement of the system, we present the PID controlling models andthe initial condition of the system. Final, we testify the model by Matlab Simulink, andthe nice experimental results show the valid of the models.(3) The content and form of the intelligent management are researched. Theperformance evaluation model and outlier detection model for the equipment areproposed, and some nice examples are provided. Based on the practical situation of theLaunch Site, the simple and effective models for the fault detection and diagnosis areconstructed, and we provide the logical graphs of the key device based on the fault tree.The models and the methods can be directly used in the systems.Especially, the performance evaluation and outlier detection model are bothconstructed on the methods of the data analysis and does not aiming to theair-conditoner, therefore can be spread to any other equipment. The structure model ofthe control system also offers a reference for other system.
