Design Of Intelligent Distribution Network Automation System In Dalian Area

With the rapid development of economic society, the living standard of people had aradical change. Power demand is increasing. As a result, power consumer put forward higher demand in power distribution reliability and the quality of electric energy. Because there is a gap between the power supply capacity of our country from the developed countries, We should develop the practical distribution network automation technology. On the one side, it can improve the network frame defects in some degree. On the other hand, it can improve the power quality and power distribution reliability. As Intellegent Grid is the major field propeled by the State Grid, the generalize of the distribution network automation technology in the region can improve the economic and social benefits of power supply enterprise. What is important is that it makes the customer experience the convenience and humanized service of the Intellegent Grid directly.This paper introduced the structure and basic principle of the distribution network automation system. And then, it discussed the characteristics and main function of feeder automation. After analyzing the current situation and equipment structure characteristics of the distribution network automation system in the Changxing island Development Zone, it proposed overall design and planning. Further more, it gaved the designing scheme of the primary station, wire frame, primary equipment and the terminal. It discussed the main way of communication of the distribution network automation system. It adopted both fiber-optical and wireless public network communication mode according to the specific geographic location of the pilot project. In the end, it discussed the self-healing control technology of the distribution network. This paper proposed the centralized master and local-style of monitoring and self-healing of the pilot project of the distribution network.This paper suggested development scheme of the distribution network automation combined the physical truth of distribution network automation in the Changxing island Development Zone. This paper hoped that it can provide certain practical reference value of the distribution network automation construction in Dalian area.
