| Rapid urbanization, commercialization of housing and urban redevelopmentmake traditional neighborhood relation collapsed. Community is the main place forelderly daily activities, therefore, through building communication platform withinthe community, the problem that the elderly social network broken can beeffectively solved. Elderly outdoor activity space in community of our country ischosen as the research object in this paper, and the practical research and systematicanalysis methods are used to discuss the ideas and methods of reasonable allocationof outdoor activity space for old people.This paper takes the broken social network of old people as the entry point andcarries out research in order to reconstruct the social network for the elderly inShenzhen community. To begin with, we select and investigate typical communities inShenzhen. By analyzing the information of the elderly in typical communities, such asgender, education, occupation before retirement, determine the demands of outdooractivities for the elderly in different levels. Secondly, based on the study of the basicfeatures of the elderly, investigate and research the contents of the outdoor activities ofthe elderly and determine the main contents of outdoor activities of the elderly inShenzhen by the frequency and time of the outdoor activities, then put forward the maintypes of communication space of outdoor activities. Thirdly, through studying the tripdistance of outdoor activities of the elderly in typical Shenzhen communities, combinedwith the basic features of the elderly, analyze the activity contents that the elderlydemand in different trip distance. This paper divides the activity space of the elderly incommunity into four layers: nearby home activity layer, community group activity layer,community central activity layer and community edge activity layer. Allocate differentactivity space for the elderly in different layer combined with the activity contents of theelderly in different trip distance. Finally, combining with the aging situation,younger-age trend and the characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly inShenzhen, this paper points out the two main indexes that determine the communicationspace of outdoor activities are the amount of outdoor activity space and the quantity ofoutdoor activity space. According to the survey, determine the main factors thatinfluence the amount and the quantity of outdoor activity space of the elderly. Then putforward the formula that calculate the amount of outdoor activity space of the elderly.And then make the configuration of outdoor activities space for community elders interms of type, distribution, mixed-use, and quantity and amount. |
