Research On Safety Monitoring Index Of Small And Medium-sized Dams And Decision Fusion Opportunity Based On WSN

Since the reform and opening up, the research on the big dam safety monitoring indexwas more and more mature and the ability of big dam against risk was enhanced constantly.These changed the past condition of dam safety for flood disaster. However, the hiddendangers of small and medium-sized dams still exist. Small and medium-sized dam burst often,which endangers the local people’s life and property. And also it brings negative effects forthe national economic development and the harmonious social development.Wireless sensor network is a network, which is composed of numerous self-organizedsensor nodes, whose purpose is cooperation perception, data collecting, processinginformation in the coverage of network and forwarding these information to users finally.This paper studies the dam safety monitoring index. Based on the data fusion theory,decision fusion theory and fuzzy theory, we are building the model of dam safety monitoringbased perceived quality. Analyse the signal energy and frequency spectrum characteristicswhen the dam is in danger and put up the decision fusion model based on perceived qualityand the signal processing collaborative optimization algorithm in the network.The main research works in this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly, study and analyse the safety monitoring indexes of small and medium-sized dambased on the wireless sensor network. Provide foundation for the timely and accuratewarning.Secondly, research the multi-sensor data fusion and the decision fusion theory based onvoting mechanism. Put up the dam safety monitoring model based on perceived quality.Thirdly, according to the proposed dam safety monitoring model based on perceivedquality we realize a simple dam safety monitoring system.Finally, summarize the paper and prospect the future research work.
