| Project post-evaluation is the comprehensive analysis for the purpose of projectconstruction project, decision process, the construction process, production and operationprocess after the completion of the project. Through the analysis and evaluation, projectpost-evaluation can help investors to improve the level of decision making and managem-ent, and provide the reference for the follow-up project construction. Because the projectpost-evaluation starts later in our country, the study of project post-evaluation has notobtained the breakthrough results. The theory system of practice guidence is not adapt tothe demands of the new situation and the practice experience also needs to be accumulated,which makes the theory and practice are not cohesion very well, even restrain thedevelopment of post-evaluation.This thesis takes the Large ship building project of Bohai Shipbuilding HeavyIndustry(BSHI for short) as research subject and appraises its’ implementation, operation,economic and social benefits. Through Contrasting the difference of BSHI ‘s Largeshipbuilding project between expected goal and the actual effect, then analyzing thecauses, this thesis provides basis for the follow-up operation improvement of the projectand determination of sustainable development plan. At the same time, this thesis canprovide the references and consulted suggestions for the big shipbuilding facilityengineering in our country.Firstly, this thesis expounds the background and significance of the research topic,then generalizing the current research situation on the world and the theory developmentof project post-evaluation.Secondly, introducing the related theory and the basic concept of project post-evalu-ation, this thesis descripes the content, the characteristic, the principles, methods, basicsteps and index system of project post-evaluation.Thirdly, introducing detailedly the construction background, project unit and the maincontent of BSHI ‘s Large shipbuilding project. And expounding the general idea of projectconstruction, construction goal and content. Fourthly, appraising the BSHI ‘s Large shipbuilding project, which contain project p-roposal, feasibility of the project, financing, project decision-making process, projectdesign, preparing work of project implementation, control work of the project schedule,control work of project quality, planning management and management work of project.Analyzing the problems of project in the construction and operation, and explaining thecause of the problems.Finally, based on the analysis of management process with BSHI ‘s Large shipbuildi-ng project, this thesis proposes the improvement measures for project construction manag-ement and operation management. |
