Research On Post Evaluation Of DL Office Building Reconstruction Project

In recent years,the existing public buildings built around the middle of the last century to the 1980 s have shown varying degrees of aging.Renovation needed to meet the requirements for modern world of work,life,energy saving and sustainable development.In the field of post-project evaluation,experts and scholars have focused on the assessment of hydropower energy and industrial projects,and paid less attention to the public building evaluation,such as office buildings.Hence,I choose DL office building renovation post-evaluation as my research subject.The study will enrich database in public building post-evaluation field and improve the project management in the field.First,the author summarizes the research of post-project evaluation in the world.Second,the author elaborates the connotation of project post-evaluation and related theoretical knowledge,assessment methods and work flow.And then,the author points the key part of the article-DL office building renovation: Part one is that the project summary;Part two is about index system of project post-evaluation;Part three will assess the objective of the project,complementation process,sustainability,and benefits respectively.The assessment will be finished through comprehensive,objective investigations,such as,such as data access,field research,expert questionnaires,etc.The methods also include reviewing the whole process of running the project,analytic hierarchy process,causal analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;The last part will analyze and draw the conclusion of the evaluation,as well as put forward the suggestions.Through the study of this subject,the author notices that in recent years,with the increasingly severe energy and ecological crisis,the focus of post-project evaluation on economic evaluation changed gradually from economic standards to the integration of sustainable and eco-environmental comprehensive assessment.Also,the development of information and construction technology,space humanization design,technology integration construction,functional integrated operation,and maintenance will result in more abundant content of project post-evaluation,more extensive views of evaluation,and flexibility of application.Post-project evaluation provides strong data support for improving project decision-making and management performance.
