Post-Evaluation Study Of X Hydraulic Engineering Project

Water conservancy projects are important projects that affect the national economy and people’s livelihood.Compared with general projects,water conservancy projects have the characteristics of large project volume,wide scope,complex construction technology,and large environmental impact.The post-evaluation of water conservancy projects can not only evaluate the degree of achievement of the water conservancy project’s expected goals,but also analyze the reasons for the success or failure of the project,summarize the experience and lessons,and lay the foundation for improving the management level of water conservancy projects in the future.Based on the literature review and engineering practice,this article selects X project to conduct post-evaluation of project achievement goals from the perspective of project effect,engineering technology,and social impact.This essay uses WBS model and earned value model to post-evaluate the cost and progress.On the basis of considering the cost and progress of the project,this paper selects indicators that affect the quality of the project from four stages,including project design,bidding,construction,and acceptance.From the point of view,the corresponding index quantitative scoring standard is given,and the post-evaluation of the X project is carried out with quality control as the main project management.On this basis,quantitative scoring standards have been developed for various indicators of the indicator system from the perspective of engineering practice;with the use of scoring standards,the management level of water conservancy engineering projects can be quantitatively scored.Finally,taking X Project as a case study,the index system is used to score X Project and complete the post evaluation of project management with quality control which is the main focus.The research results show that the X project has achieved all of its achievement goals,and the overall project management level of Project X belongs to the "excellent" level.Integrating expert opinions through the D-S evidence theory can reduce the influence of individual expert differences and subjective factors on the results.At the same time,through introducing the improved AHP and the specific scoring system into the post-evaluation system of water conservancy project quality management,it can post-evaluate the management level of engineering quality accurately,and find out the problems existing in the management process.
