| The construction process of roller compacted concrete dam is determined by manycertain and uncertain factors which make the construction system complicated. Thetraditional methods are generally unable to solve such a complicated system problem whileusing computer simulation technology can simulate various factors in the constructionprocess efficiently and accurately and analyze simulation result to assist constructionstrategic decision-making. However, recent simulation study on roller compacted concretedam construction process put more emphasis on the state changes of various entities withinthe system and take into account the relationship of mutual restraint between the varioussub-systems. To some extent, it reflects the actual construction situation, but still no one inthe simulation study concerns about the possible adverse impact on dam constructionquality and duration as the production system failures. And production system failuredirectly affects the guaranteed rate of surface pouring strength, in the event of damconstruction period will inevitably be affected and the concrete pouring strength mostlikely does not meet the requirements of the intermittent time between layers. Thus, theconventional simulation results are certainly different from the actual construction case.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth study on the composition of theproduction system failure and the regularity of failure probability of occurrence and embedthis random factor in the dam construction process simulation model. Analyze dam pouringduration, monthly concrete pouring strength and mechanical pouring strength which areobtained by simulation to determine the impact of various types of failures of these threeprogram evaluation to identify the critical failure factors in the production system in orderto take preventive measures in advance of construction and make auxiliary constructionprogram.On the basis of analyzing the roller compacted concrete dam construction features,system boundary constraints and concrete production system failure occurrence discipline,the paper use computer simulation technology to establish a roller compacted concrete damconstruction process simulation model and the mainly work completed are as follows:(1) Establishment of concrete production system failure statistical mathematicalmodel. Base on H roller compacted concrete dam concrete production log and probabilitystatistics mathematical methods, we classify statistics as classification criteria for concreteproduction system in the standard of the fault nature and affecting time to determine the vary types of fault occurrence probabilities and take mathematical analysis and studies toestablish various types of failure probability and statistics mathematical model.(2) We create a failure response simulation model of production system. On basis ofin-depth analyze of the production system fault response mechanism, we establish theroller compacted concrete dam construction process simulation model based on faultresponse mechanism with discrete system simulation principle.(3) Establishment of roller compacted concrete dam construction process simulationmodel. By system analyzing and studying the roller compacted concrete dam constructionmechanism, the interaction between the various subsystems and implications of dampouring various constraints, we build the simulation model of the dam construction systemof internal and external constraints and the RCC dam construction process simulationmodel based on failure respond mechanism the use of computer simulation modelingtechnology.(4) Failure factor sensitivity analysis. With sensitivity analysis methods and onlyconsider one fault factor, by simulation to determine the effect on dam monthly intensity,dam pouring duration and monthly mechanical strength of such failure factor and takecomparative analysis the corresponding indicators without regarding fault to evaluate itssensitivity. With this method, we evaluate and analyze the various types of failure factors.According to the results of analysis, we determine the key factors which impact the damconstruction progress to give reference to the construction organization management andsystem decision-making.(5) Development roller compacted concrete dam construction simulation systems andthree-dimensional dynamic visualization system. On the basis of the above researchcontents, we develop roller compacted concrete dam construction process simulationsystem with Visual C#language. Dam construction process simulation and the simulationresults are statistically analyzed to obtain useful information which the management andtechnical staff needed. And we establish the simulation results based on three-dimensionsystem with graphics rendering engine-OGRE. |
