This paper is based on resource supply problems of the construction, from the sideof macro and overall use the thought of the logistics system to get the purpose ofoptimization management.Using the theory and method of system engineering, operations research andstatistics, to plan the project management and control the logistics supply chain system,including material requirements planning and construction of inventory management.First of all, according to the project logistics system’s initial network planning toestablish the resource demand per unit of time limit for a project progress, namelymaterial resources plan. But due to the material resource consumption of the plan oftenreflects the large of the imbalance, in the mid of the project, resource consumption to itspeak. It takes difficulties to the engineering materials procurement and inventorymanagement in the late, easily lead to stop work. Therefore, this article through tobalanced optimization of project material resources, make full use of all the work of freejet lag; According to the optimized resource planning to establish reasonable materialdemand plan, determines purchasing quantity; And according to this plan to help theproject management of material inventory in a reasonable manner to ultimately ensureproject materials and reliable supply and high benefit within the prescribed period iscompleted; With knowledge of project logistics evaluation the reliability of the network,choose the optimal solution to lower logistics cost and high efficiency of logisticsservices in the project, do a good job to guarantee the quality and time limit for theproject, and get to the purpose of improve the overall economic and social benefits ofthe project. This article main research content is as follows:Using a statistical method to establish safety stock model, based on the materialdemand of calculation in the previous chapter construction site to order steel andordering costs.Safety stock sets the stage for the project logistics system reliableoperation.By decomposing the project logistics network, the network reliability blockdiagram and the reliability model of the project, the quantitative selection is given andreliable engineering method of supply chain members, analyzes the relationshipbetween supply chain members, project final engineering reliability and cost of thesupply chain relationship model is establishedFor project completion carries on the comprehensive analysis of reliability andoptimization, the minimum capital flow as the goal, weigh the satisfy the reliability ofthe completion time and resources to balance two objectives, combined with the secondconstruction period of project, south-north water diversion project in henan xinxiangfind solutions meet the requirements.
