This thesis is mainly aim at researching how to optimize end heating equipmentand heating pyrogen in the progress of heating in Baotou’s industry premises. AsBaotou is one of a cold region in the north of China, the industry premises heatingissues attracts serious attention from all aspects. However, there are problems in theprogress of industry premises heating. For example, heating space couldn’t reach idealeffect; even enough radiators arranged according to the calculating power load and thedesign criteria of indoor air temperature, but the grads of temperature are greatly in bothhorizontal and vertical direction and it’s hard to find the reason why it is difficult toreach the ideal heating effect. For these problems, the author made field research, CFDsimulation and economic analysis. Finally he made an optimization design of heatingengineering and brought out a suitable workshop heating system for a Baotoumechanical product processing workshopFirst of all, after doing field research on20small and medium-sized mechanicalprocessing workshops, the heating situation were clear understood including the endheating equipment, heat source and waste heat in the heating progress. Meanwhile, theresearch approach was finally determined according to the analysis of research data.After that, numerical simulation through CFD made a compare on the model’sindoor thermal comfort from indoor thermal field to air speed. According to thecompare between traditional radiator and fan heater, we find that using fan heatersupply air parallel,keeping wind speed5m/s, air outlet angle45degrees and keeping a5m mounting height will reach the ideal heating effect. The uniformity of temperaturedistribution will be good. Finally, an economy evaluation for the industrial premises heat source form wasalso made through economy calculating. The result shows that, the highest cost is solarheating system and the lowest is sewage source heat pump system in the primaryinvestment. The oil hot water boiler fee is the highest and sewage-source heat pump isthe lowest in operation cost per year. The highest and lowest annual costs are oilburning boiler and sewage-source heat pump. The solar heating system followed.This thesis has a significant meaning and will be good theoretical basis forindustrial premises heating issues.
