With the steady transition of the domestic economy,the living standards of the residents have gradually increased,including the requirements for air quality.In recent years,the air quality got worse and haze weather occurred frequently,the residents of heat supply directly affected the quality of air and the living standards of residents,therefore,it is urgent to develop new energy for central heating.At present,the new energy sources of heating mainly include sewage source heat pump system,ground source heat pump system,air source heat pump system and solar energy storage system,and sewage source heat pump system occupies a unique advantage because of its lower initial investment and higher energy efficiency ratio in the diversification of the heating market,so the application of sewage-source heat pump in a certain environment also is particularly important..Firstly,research data of demonstration projects status was analyzed,and then the heating,distribution and control systems of sewage source heat pump system were designed based on the research of local information and the project water and meteorological conditions;Se condly,the four equations of the refrigerant and the thermodynamic cycle of the heat pump unit were described,and the energy saving operation strategy was put forward for the system operation.Finally the sewage source heat pump system was compared with the centralized heat supply system and the ground source heat pump system according to the data collected in the heating season,calculating replacement of standard coal consumption and other information of the system,and the heating effect of the system,energy conservation,environmental and economic benefits were evaluated.In the design process of sewage source system,the water quality should be strictly controlled,and the meteorological and water resources in the area of the project should be fully investigation,so as to protect the unit to make the system run safely.According to the thermodynamic properties of the refrigerants and unit thermodynamic cycle and load,the heating at the beginning and end of reduce thequantity of equipment to run,in the larger load of heating medium term unit all open and take advantage of rush shell and tube type heat exchanger to regulate the peak,in order to reduce the energy consumption.According to the results of this evaluation,compared with the traditional central heating system,the section of standard coal volume of demonstration projects can reach 8.3kg/m2,energy-saving rate is as high as 21.5% and for pollutants CO2,SO2 and dust emissions reductions respectively 5.46kg/a.m2,0.047kg/a.m2,0.024kg/a.m2.Compared to the ground source heat pump system,at the beginning of the sewage source heat pump investment which can save 72 yuan per square meter,and compared to centralized heating system the operating cost per square metre save 5.06 yuan,system of energy,environment and economic benefits are more significant.Based on the design,theoretical analysis,heating data analysis and evaluation system of sewage source heat pump system,the demonstration project were overall researched from designing to using and then to analysis,and through the research results,the reference basis for design and operation management experience were provided for the sewage source heat pump system of operating and put into use soon.
