In today’s society, flourish of the micro portable mobile electronic devices, thetraditional chemical battery has been unable to meet the demand of power supply. MEMSof the high energy density can adapt to society development, to meet the powerrequirements of electronic devices. But the development of MEMS in China is not yetmature, MFPSE mainly take a swing component output power, high energy conversionefficiency, simple structure, easy to realize miniaturization, to meet the portable mobileelectronic devices to power requirement, on promoting application of mobile electronicdevices in various fields, has important social value.This research comes from the National Natural Science Foundation Project "twostrokes micro swing engine combustion mechanism research". This thesis mainly studiesdynamic characteristic of the swing engine, based on the dynamics theory, combining withadvantages of the finite element analysis software ADAMS and Workbench, according todynamic simulation and numerical calculation to the core component of swing engine.Especially the papers carry out the rational analysis to the reliability of the system.The mainly research content of the thesis consists of three aspects: The first, Throughthe introduced generalized coordinate, generalized speed and generalized momentum ofLagrange, established kinematics equation of the swing engine. According to the algorithmin the motion equation of the ADAMS, simulation analysis the swing Angle, angularvelocity and angular acceleration with the swing cycle of changes. According to theexperimental data, the relation curve was established of combustion chamber pressurechanges with time. Simulation analysis by akispl function in ADAMS, the result isconsistent with the motion simulation analysis of the curve; In the second, analysis themodal characteristics of the swing engine by Workbench, obtained the first six ordernatural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode. Results showed that naturalfrequency and vibration frequency is far of the swing engine, can effectively avoid theresonance region; In the third, center swing under the maximum load when closing stage ofthe combustion chamber. According to the date of the conclusion by Fluid analysis,analysis the transient dynamic of the center swing, obtain the stress and deformation of thecenter swing. Results show that the high temperature and high pressure gas may deformed the center swing when combustion chamber explosion, and rigid friction with the cylinder,accelerating structure abrasion. As a result, the structure remains to be further optimized.Through the Research and analysis, obtain dynamic characteristics and workingreliability of the micro swing engine. The analysis results the key role for the micro swingengine running. The conclusion can be used as important reference for structure design andoptimization, can shorten the design cycle time, and decrease the cost of experiment. Forthe development of micro electro-mechanical system establish a certain foundation.
