The construction industry is part of a global effort to reduce energy consumption in response to changes in the earth’s environment and the scarcity of natural resources.Retrofitting existing buildings with energy saving is one of the effective measures to reduce building energy consumption.In previous studies on retrofitting existing buildings with energy saving,the evaluation of comprehensive energy saving benefits after retrofitting is rarely mentioned.To solve the energy saving renovation of existing buildings energy-saving comprehensive benefit evaluation,this study introduced the concept of energy saving derived benefit,energy conservation and comprehensive benefits through intuitive and derivative derived environment economy,energy saving of energy conservation,energy conservation and derive four aspects to reflect the social benefits,based on building energy saving renovation of existing buildings energy conservation and comprehensive benefit evaluation system.In this study,initial evaluation indicators were selected by referring to relevant norms,and experts were consulted by questionnaire.Finally,4 criteria layer(B layer)and15 quantitative layer(C layer)evaluation indicators were selected.Through the analysis of the main evaluation methods,the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods are summarized,and the analytic hierarchy process is determined as the method used to construct the evaluation system.The expert questionnaire was used to determine the judgment matrix of each layer index,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight of each index.By practical engineering case to verify this evaluation system,based on the evaluation index in the evaluation system of energy conservation and comprehensive benefit analysis was carried out on the project,to calculate the parameter values of dimensionless processing,the dimensionless index and assessment system in the corresponding linear comprehensive index weight is calculated,finally draw a project target value is 0.809,By comparing the evaluation value distribution interval in the success table and analyzing the evaluation results,it is concluded that the project belongs to AA level,and the comprehensive energy saving benefit achieves the expected effect.The results show that :(1)after the evaluation of a building in Urumqi,the evaluation value of the energy-saving renovation project is 0.809,indicating that the comprehensive energy-saving benefit of the project has reached the expectation.(2)The evaluation system of energy saving comprehensive benefit of existing building energy saving transformation is reasonable and feasible.
