Economic development by leaps and bounds, a single business service already cannot satisfy the various requirements of shopping.Commercial complex arises at the historic moment, become an important place for people to experience the city life.Shopping activity has gradually become the most important people to experience the life of a kind of way.Today, with modern significance of emergence and development of commercial complex, in many countries such as Europe and the United States after the evolution of the cycle at least40years.In China, in just10years, cities from one to four cities, commercial complexes sprang up like bamboo shoots. Ever single function product type business model shrinking, points out the development mode to continuously strengthen, thus it can be seen, as countries continue to improve the level of urbanization, a new type of consumption pattern is a set of business, culture, leisure, entertainment, catering for the integration of experiential consumption pattern is bound to occupy our lives.And the emergence of the commercial complex is duly to be the product of social and economic development. It already solved the disadvantage of commercial design is simple to build the internal business conditions, to form a closed indoor environment, a lack of understanding of city area. Also solved the street planning limitations of low density, low volume, forms some shortage.But the domestic commercial complex theory and design research far lags behind the social practice, many with old ideas about the new problem of regret. Aiming at this situation, combined with engineering example, it is concluded that the commercial complex-process design some principles and methods, in order to give a reasonable space of the commercial complex design practice to enlightenment.Paper main research content is as follows:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background and research status quo of commercial complex, research scope and contents of the paper, and summarizes the framework of the whole paper.The second chapter on the concept of commercial complex and its development status are described, and define the concept of urban complex and commercial complex, the difference between a development to provide some theoretical basis for commercial complex; Analyzed-process design some of the basic principle of commercial complex, and analyzed the other subjects related to commercial complex-process design theory, in order to further analysis provides the theory basis for commercial complex dynamic line design.The third chapter mainly discusses the commercial complex, external use a line from the stream of people, traffic, freight and internal horizontal and vertical lines, primary and secondary move lines, atrium dimension and space node, a specific analysis. Summing up the move line of commercial complex design some basic principles and methods. Give enlightenment on design practice and guidance.The fourth chapter, according to the previous chapter to draw line design principle and method of the commercial complex, will add some more successful commercial complex cases for validation and analysis, further sums up the main points of the commercial complex dynamic line design.Chapte five of the design method is applied in qujing city LanGuang kunlun commercial complex in project plan design, optimization design.Finally, the commercial complex design thinking and summarized, the design of the commercial complex involves many aspects, it is complicated compared with general architectural design. We build a adapted to development of commercial complex projects must disciplines, such as sociology, economics and human behavior. Hope that this article research results help in theory and practice of commercial complex in the future.
