Study On Estimate And Evaluation Model Of The Water Damage To Mountainous Rural Highway

With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, mountainous ruralhighway accounts for an increasing share of the total highway mileage. With the increasingtraffic mileage, the damage caused by water damage are increasingly serious, and alsoseverely restricts the mountainous rural normal social life and economic development.Therefore, studying the mechanism of water damage of rural highway in mountainous areaand selecting the appropriate index to predict and evaluate the consequence of flood disasteris very necessary.Estimate and evaluation model for water damage of the mountainous rural road is toadopt method in advance to identify and diagnose the rural highway in mountainous areaswhich will most possibly suffer water damage, and take corresponding measures previously.This will have strong pertinence and practicability. This topic constructs water damageevaluation model for the rural highway in mountain areas by combing the investigation dataof water damage in mountainous rural highway and data on field investigation. This model ismainly built from two aspects, one is the evaluation of the impact factor for water damage inmountainous rural road; Second, the determination of impact factor’s weights. Consideringthe diversity and complexity of water damage in mountainous rural road, this paper haschosen six factors as the influence factor for the evaluation system, at the same time, using thegrey correlation method to determine the impact factor’s weights.Estimate and evaluation model in accordance with scores from small to large, that is, ofthe possibility of water damage from small to large, is divided into four levels. On the basisof the different levels which mentioned, we’ll put forward the prediction of the damage andcorresponding advices. Scientific idea and technological countermeasure of the assessmentand prevention measures should be carried out and planned in every stages of surveying,design and construction, maintain management in the mountainous rural road, to make themountainous rural road coordinate with the natural environment, which is considered as theradical way out to treat water damage completely.
