Study On The Embankment Subsidence For Traversing The Tailings Pond Of Wang-cheng Highway

Along with the implementation of western regions development, Shanxi Provinceproposed the overall plan that is the highway network “three vertical, eleven horizontal,eleven links”. Shanxi area is an important energy base in our country, so the infrastructureduty of Shanxi is arduous. The embankment passes through the tailings storehouse isinevitable in the highway construction process.This article combined the Shanxi Wang-Cheng highway (the Wang Zhuangpu toFanshi highway) project, Local roads across the tailings dam, the project in order toanalyze the stability of the segment roadbed subsidence and deformation, this paper carriedout the work:(1) Through analysed the physical property of tail ore in the room experiments,discovered that the tail ore includes certain iron powdered, and the tail ore is contains thefine grain earth granulated substance or the fine grain soil texture granulated substance, theproportion is big, the mean value is2.837; The nonuniformity coefficient scope is2.04~3.1,the buckling factor scope is0.72~0.97,and the gradation is not good.(2) Unified the scene construction actual situation to fill differently, under thedifferent ground processing mode condition embankment subsidence has carried on theanalysis highly, discovered the CFG pile foundation processing mode correspondence theembankment subsidence overall assumed the inferior fovea shape, the biggest subsidencevalue is4.45mm; The water soil agitation pile processing mode correspondenceembankment subsidence overall assumes the inferior fovea shape, the biggest subsidencevalue is18.97mm; The strong hang replacement processing mode correspondenceembankment subsidence overall presents the concave shape, the biggest subsidence valueis9.83mm.(3) This article has studied under the different operating mode condition embankmentsubsidence through the subsidence forecast model, has obtained the research sectionFushun embankment median line, the prosperous common people embankment medianline, the Vietnamese Hungkou shoulder and the redder embankment left road shoulderposition embankment subsidence forecast model.After also obtained the embankment laborto subside the change tendency.The research results for the control construction progress,the instruction later period constructed and the embankment stable appraisal have providedthe effective basis.
