The Flight Emulator is an important part of the Aviation Guidance Hardware In theLoop Simulation System, which can provide a realistic target and interference combatenvironment including the characteristics of target and interference radiation spectral,detection angle and relative distance change between missile and target. The seekerdesigners can analyze the parameters of the guidance system clearly by the test, to improvethe development efficiency, and significantly reduce the development cycle of the system,saving development costs.The servo control system is an integral part of the Aviation Flight Emulator. Servosystem control theory, equipment design of this servo control system and selection of systemcomponents are described in this paper. After the completion of the servo system hardwarestructures, we do zero configuration, Z factor derivation, PID parameter tuning and CAN buscommunication adjustment for this servo system. Through analysis of the simulationprinciple, four movement control mechanism including shutters, aperture diaphragms, fielddiaphragms, oscillating mirrors were tested, the results show that the present servo systemwith high precision, good dynamic performance advantages, can meet the controlrequirements.According to the simulation using functional requirements, the main function of theemulator operating software is divided into three functional modules for servo motor control,status monitoring software operation interface. Servo motor control module is responsiblefor the communication between software and servo drives and servo motor control. Statusmonitoring module complete servo drive status message read and processed. The softwareinterface module is the interface of human-computer interaction.In this paper, we do commissioning test of the servo system and operate the emulatorby control software, it shows that the present servo control system of the emulator can fullymeet the demand of the simulation and completion of various simulation capabilities,provides effective technical support for the Guidance Hardware In the Loop Simulation.
