There are many equipment in Gezhouba plant, currently, HOMIS project group hasdevelopment specialized equipment analysis modules for some important equipment basedon the remote monitoring and analysis platform. Good results have achieved in the actualapplication and it has successfully prevented a number of major accidents. Since the usersof the platform come from different specialized departments, and their analysis needs andpermissions are different, we need to divide users into different roles and give themdifferent access rights in order to distinguish and standardize their access behaviors. Inaddition, there are some inadequacies in the user personalization, interactive friendlinessand general and special aspects of data analysis methods of the original equipment analysisplatform. Therefore, to summarize and refining the common analytical methods ofequipment further, and study specialized analytical methods for the specific equipment isvery meaningful to improve equipment analysis platform gradually.Firstly, this paper analyzed and compared the currently popular user managementsystem and discussed the overview of remote device analysis. Secondly, on the basis ofremote monitoring and analysis platform of HOMIS, the device analysis platform isabstracted to three entities including users, data and reports and the framework of theplatform is designed from these aspects. So that it has the characteristics of division ofusers by role, the quick retrieval of massive data, and the sharing of expert analysisconclusions. Next,the paper discussed the development of platform user managementsystem, and introduced the powerful data support of equipment analysis platform, andconsidered the realization of real-time overview of the whole crew plant, the method ofgenerating multi-source overview of the statistics and the smart accessibility of inquiringthe original files. Then,explored the implementation of the intelligent recognition andguide of abnormal periods of multi-scale data, and described the analysis tool for thelinearity between core grounding current and apparent power and the analysis capabilitiesof three ratio auxiliary of Oil and gas. Finally, the practical application of the system isintroduced by demonstrating the interface of user permissions control and real-timemonitoring of whole plant machines, and showing a vertical query and analysis process ofmulti-scale data combined with the real data.
