Hull production technology is the key technology of modern shipbuilding,in hullconstruction scheme, quality of the whole project will directly affect it. In the modernshipbuilding background, this paper studies the construction scheme of hull sections.Piecewise construction as the object to ship production process, analysis of sequenceplanning techniques and quantitative research work assembly in virtual assembly, exploringpossible hull construction scheme, looking for assembly method is scientific and reasonable,and provide the basis and support for the hull construction production plan making, hopingto provide a solution for the problems of production management of ship. The main contentsare as follows:1．analyse the general process of currentblock construction, research on ship from parts tobuild, to block until the total set building order.2．according to the construction process sequence, use the model method and statistics toanalyse the equipment and manpower load of typical ship construction, determine theconstruction standards,manpower and equipment, material formulation method.3．analysythe assembly process of one hull sections, use Delmia to simulate the assemblyprocess, statistics and analysis of typical section construction labor load to mekethemanufacturing plan for ship.4．using the schedule the work load distribution and the AOE network,to formate the taskallocation of production and validate the production plan.The above analysis and Simulation shows that the production plan that has been made inthis paper is feasible, also the research results have a certain theoretical and practicalsignificance.
