| Aircraft assembly is throughout the whole process of aircraft manufacturing,moreover,assembly process design and simulation play an important role in the assembly.In the process of designing,manufacturing and assembling,advanced assembly and simulation techniques can increase the working efficiency,shorten the manufacturing cycle,reduce the reworking ratio and improve the assembling quality.This paper takes a critical look at the aircraft fuselage,researching on the aircraft assembly process,flexible equipment design and simulation technology.It is structured as follows:Aircraft assembly process design:It briefly introduces the structural characteristics and manufacturing techniques of aircraft production,analyzing the typical part in detail.Based on the current assembling techniques,it analyzes that how to divide the fuselage to form a new structure to cater for the digital flexible assembly,how to select the positioning method of assembly,how to choose the method of assembling benchmark and coordination.Then,it puts forward new requirements and advanced assembling techniques for the newly equipment designing.Advanced aircraft assembly plan:it introduces the components of aircraft fuselage and its assembling levels.Taking a certain type of aircraft fuselage as an example,it schemes the planning fuselage wainscot half cylinder assembly,assembly and cylinder and fuselage sections docking assembly.Then,it analyzes the finished product process mechanism characteristics on each assembling station,localization datum and its selected method,putting forward the feasibility scheme planning of fuselage assembly.Aircraft assembly simulation technology:firstly,it shows a briefly introduction of the DELMIA and aircraft assembly simulation,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of kinds of assembly sequencing planning methods.According to the comparison results,it bases on the removing strategy and disassemble method to put forward a planning methodAlso,it describes the reasons about interferences and classifies them and it makes research on the application of man-machine simulation in the aircraft assembly.Finally,it applies the research to a certain type of civil aircraft fuselage to testify the reasonability and feasibility of the analysis of this paper. |
