Research Of Automatic Product Technology For New Whole Molding Vent-pipe

Comparing with traditional vent-pipe which has structure of square outline and square inside aperture, new whole molding vent-pipe which has structure of square outline and round inside aperture has better aeration capability、better structure intensity and better foreground of market.automatic product line of the new whole molding vent-pipe is key equipment of volume-produce of the new whole molding vent-pipe.It can rise efficiency of production of vent-pipe effective、benefit of enterprise and save labour of workman.This article focuses on the research of design of automatic product line of the new whole molding vent-pipe.first, we select mold as the major equipment of volume produce of vent-pipe bases on the structure and material of new whole molding vent-pipe and more, we also carry out force analysis of mold unloading、irrigating capability of mixture of cement and sad and working flow chart of the automatic product line.Second, base on the analysis,we design two collectivity designing projects of automatic product line of the new whole molding vent-pipe.base on the collectivity designing projects, we compartmentalize the product line to five departments that are mold、irrigating system of mold、mold unloading system of vent-pipe、feeding system of mold and control system of PLC. Afterward, we create mold of major part of every department by using software-Pro/Engineering and select standard parts base on calculation and create digital template of product line. After adding the material properties, driving property, and constraint attribute, we create movement analysis and emulator for major mold department and validate the faction of mold department and making analysis of finite element and optimization for the key part of mold.finally, we compile PLC control system of product line and process of trapezium picture for PLC control system and create collectivity structure picture of product line.This paper work is focused on the three aspects that are mechanism design and struction optimization,the motion analysis and simulation, and automatic control.This product line have great great practical value, the methods and ideas in design process have reference value for other mechanical design.
