The Designing Of Automatic Cleaning Production Line For Stainless Steel Pipe

With the implementation of "made in China 2025" and "made in China 2025 jiangsu action program",traditional manufacturing industry has ushered in new opportunities for industrial upgrading and development.The application field of stainless steel seamless tube is expanding,and the demand for products of different uses is expanding rapidly.However,some factors affecting the stainless steel seamless tube industry still exist,and it also need to pay attention.As the level of users is getting higher and higher,the price of labor is rising,and the pressure of market competition is increasing,Mechanical automation is an inevitable trend.In this paper,a set of automatic cleaning production line is developed for the cleaning of stainless steel tubes,which is mainly composed of three parts: steel pipe finishing,steel pipe transportation and steel pipe cleaning.First of all,this paper introduces the classification of the stainless steel pipe,the application and the necessity of cleaning steel pipes,and then analyzes the research status at home and abroad.It is found that foreign countries have gone to the development of automated cleaning,and China still uses traditional high-pressure water guns for cleaning.It verifies the necessity of conducting research on our subject.Then we carried out the task analysis and system flow analysis of the automatic cleaning production line system scheme,and designed the overall system plan,then the specific analysis and implementation of the corresponding mechanical structure.In the control system,we use Mitsubishi PLC for control and design the man-machine interface,which can control the working state of the system.The stainless steel pipe automatic cleaning production line effectively solves the shortage of the existing manual cleaning,improves the automation level,saves the work cost,improves the work efficiency,and can be greatly promoted.
