Research On The Green Evaluation System Of Old Industrial Building (Group) Recycling Project

Along with the development of new technology and the change of urbanindustrial structure, many industrial enterprises tured out to be closing down,suspending operations, amalgamating with others or switching to the manufacture ofother products, a large number of idle industrial buildings come into our sight in thiscountry. In order to make better use of the value of structure performance, history andculture, etc. in this type of buildings, and solve the problem of land usage right as well,regeneratin utilization becomes the main way to deal with such structures. As theenvironmental problems are getting worse and worse in recent days, green buildingsbecome the inevitable requirement of construction to reduce environmental pollution,and so dose the green regeneratin of the old industial buildings. In order to guidethe work of green regeneratin better, it is particularly important to establish a set ofsuitable evaluation system for the green regeneratin progects in China.Based on the analysis of the existing mature evaluation system domestic andoverseas, combining with papers, theoretical research, engineering examples andthe field survey of22cities in China, this article makes a comprehensive analysis toextract the representative and comprehensive, scientific, feasibility of evaluationindex, screens of the index and determinates the weights by the experts’ grading andthe method of principal component analysis (pca), and determines the range of valuesof the evaluation indexes and the evaluation standards by using the extensionevaluation method. Establish the evaluation index system for the green regenerationprojects. Finally test the feasibility and the applicability of this system by evaluatingthe prase of green development of an old industrial building.
