Research On Green Building Evaluation

This study aims at putting forward the principles, steps and methods of the greenarchitecture evaluation system by method inquiry of it in the sustainable developmentbackground. Meanwhile forecast the building and development of the greenarchitecture evaluation system in our country combined with the present situation andexperience of it home and abroad.This thesis is based on the life cycle theory combined with the trend ofenergy-saving and emission-reduction in our country’s economy construction andbased on the analysis of the green architecture evaluation system home and abroadand the entire life cycle of architect combined with system engineering theory,circular economy theory to build the evaluation index framework of green architectureof industry factory building. By teasing and drawing lessons from the greenevaluation system home and abroad and by the train of sought of combination ofqualitative index and quantitative index with an angle of the whole life cycle ofarchitecture, we create a set of method and an evaluation system of green architecturewhich fit our countries’ condition.
