As the global warming intensifies,how to reduce carbon emissions preferably has become the focus of social society.Shandong,as a major province of economy and energy,is developing its economy quickly with a large amount of energy consumption,which results the increasing carbon emission.The construction field,not only producing carbon emissions from its own construction activities,but also involving the carbon emissions from the operation of buildings during the production of the tertiary industry and residential consumption,has become one of the main causes of emission.Therefore,the construction field still has a lot of room to decrease carbon emission.Given the above situation,it is significant to analyze the changes of carbon emissions in the construction field of Shandong Province,find out the main influencing factors and propose targeted countermeasures.This paper firstly determines the scope of carbon emissions in the construction field,and chooses the appropriate carbon emission calculation method and influencing factor analysis method by collating relevant domestic and foreign literature results.Then,by calculating the carbon emissions in the construction field of Shandong Province in the past 20 years,the characteristics of carbon emissions in the construction and operation stages are obtained.On this basis,this paper,according to STIRPAT model theory and the qualitative analysis of three aspects of population,wealth and technology,selected four factors to build an influential factor model of the construction stage including the number employees in construction industry,the per capita added value of construction industry,energy structure of construction and construction carbon emission intensity,and five factors to architect a model of operation phase,which comprise permanent population,urbanization rate,value-added index of tertiary industry,per capita living space and operation carbon emission intensity.And then ridge regression method was used to quantitatively analyze these two models.The results show that in the two stages of construction and operation,the increase of population,the development of economy and the backwardness of technology all play a positive effect in varying degrees.Finally,according to the results of the previous research,this paper combined with the relevant low-carbon theory and the application of industrial engineering theory in the construction field,proposes the countermeasures for low-carbon emission reduction in the construction field in Shandong Province,which includes how to improve the management process and construction technology,optimize the energy structure,strengthen residents’ low-carbon awareness,accelerate the construction of new-type urbanization,facilitate the low-carbon transformation of existing buildings and develope circular economy.
