Steel fiber concrete with excellent mechanical properties has been widely used insupporting structure of underground caverns. In genneral, this kind of structure issubjected to static load. Sometimes, it is loaded by accidental or man-made explosionshock. These situations affect seriously the safety of supporting structure ofunderground caverns. The corrosion of the steel fiber reinforced concrete seriouslyaffects the life and the durability of the steel fiber reinforced concrete structure. Atpresent, the static and dynamic analysis and anti-corrosion research of structure ofunderground cavern with steel fiber reinforced concrete is less, especially dynamicanalysis and anticorrosion experiment. In view of the above situation, this papermainly carry out the research from the following several aspects.By ANSYS software, the static analysis has been carried out of undergroundcaverns with steel fiber reinforced concrete under self-weight load of lining structureand pressure load of surrounding rock. The deformation and stress-strain are studiedabout supporting structure of underground caverns with steel fiber concrete undernormal usage. Then, by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, the underground caverns ofsteel fiber reinforced concrete under explosion is numerically simulated. It is studiedthat dynamic response of the lining structure for underground cavern under explosionload. Next, the following results of research are gotten of the different parts of thenode and element: displacement time history curve, speed-acceleration time historycurve, the time history curve, stress-time history curve, stress-time history curve,and under the action of the explosion shock in underground caverns. The dynamicresponses are systematically studied of underground caverns and the weak parts of theunderground caverns and the most easy to failure point are founded. These studies aregreatly significant for the protection and design of underground caverns. Finally, thispaper researched the corrosion problem of the steel fiber reinforced concrete and thecorrosion resistance testes are done. The steel fiber concrete block is produced. The neutral salt spray test,uv test,xenon lamp aging test are did based on the differentanticorrosion materials of steel fiber reinforced concrete block.The anticorrosionability with different coating materials is studied. The results show that anticorrosionability of epoxy resin+fluorocarbon resin and Capillary crystalline materials is thebest which can greatly improve the durability of the underground cavernsof steel fiberreinforced concrete.
