Studies On The Elevator Remote Monitoring System

With the rapid development of modern cities, more and more tall buildings were built.As a type of vertical transport, the elevator is widely used in these high-rise buildings.Elevator’s security is directly related to the safety of human life. Thus ensuring reliableoperation of the elevator, the timely detection of faults and fault repair is related to the key toimprove the level of property management and elevator monitoring technical level.In this paper, Firstly, the working principle and implementation of several elevatorremote monitoring system are analyzed and compared. On the basis of the elevator remotemonitoring system requirements analysis and design principles, combined with the concept ofthings and characteristics, the elevator remote monitoring system was designed. It is based onInternet of Things. Secondly, the elevator remote monitoring system hardware was completedwhich consists of the signal analysis, selection of the sensor arrangement, the data acquisitionmodule and communication module. Finally, the elevator remote monitoring systemmanagement software was developed. The property function module and maintenance unitsfunction module were illustrated in detail.Based on Internet of things, the elevator remote monitoring system can achieve theelevator running data, fault diagnosis and fault alarm. IT can provide a credible guarantee forthe safe operation of the lift. The results of this study can provide reference for other similarelevator remote monitoring system.It has important theoretical significance.
