Concrete Filled-Steel Tube arch bridge is a type of construction that has highperformance under load,and has been widely used in the construction of bridge both at homeand abroad. in frequently,Because of the long span of the CFST arch bridge, it can be thedominate engineering and the symbol of some route. For its importance, we should pay closeattention to its safe state during operation period. this paper detailed study the method of stateevaluation. The major results as follows:At first depicts the state-of-the-art of safety evaluation for bridges in detail, introduceseveral state evolution method and estimate their merit and demerit. On this basis bring inuncertain AHP method. In chapter3,put emphasize on the fundamental and procedure ofuncertain Alphas well as the solution of weight.In order to enhance the degree of reliability, bring in the group decision-making methodin the basis of uncertain AHP, make use of principia mathematical to analysis the confidencelevel of every expert. Because the use group decision-making method, the original solutionmethod of weight in uncertain AHP can`t suit the new method, we take advantage ofSet-Valued statistics to solve this problem.In chapter5, introduce how we use all these theories to estimate the safety state of CFSTarch bridge, through the fellow points, introduce the operational procedure of the specificestimate method: the establishment of the model, the calculate of monitoring section andmeasure point`s weight, the nondimensionalize of monitoring data, the confirm of evaluationindex.In chapter6,use the comprehensive assessment method, based on the data of the bridge,such as: line font、deflection、stress、outside inspection results, and is proved feasible andreasonable.Under the new situation, the focus of the work has transferred from construction tomaintenance, it,s the key point that to ensure the normal service of the existing bridge. Theuse of comprehensive assessment method can be used for reference of the estimate of CFSTarch bridge. In the evaluation field of safety of bridges, there are still many works need to befurther studied, for example: how to define the characteristic indices and grade standards.
