Research On Construction And Management Of The Highway Construction Enterprises Credit System

With the development of market economy, people gradually recognize that marketeconomy is credit economy. Credit has become a kind of productivity in economictransactions, and it is playing a great role. Credit system gets more attention of people,especially the enterprises’ credit system, it is the key of the whole social credit system. Inrecent years, the strength of infrastructure construction is gradually increasing in our country,highway construction gets its development opportunity as a part of public infrastructure.However, all kinds of credit problems during the highway construction has hindered andthreatened its development. So, it is necessary to establish and improve the credit system ofhighway construction, and to in-depth analysis and research the construction of credit systemin order to guarantee the quality of engineering, protect interests of the participants fromviolating, guarantee the completion of the project, control the order of the industry.Because the highway construction enterprise is in the middle position among theparticipants in the highway construction project, it may be the dishonest one, and it also maybe the victim of dishonest actions, and because the quality of highway engineering is decidedto the construction enterprise, so this paper chooses the highway construction enterprises asthe research object. On the basis of understanding the meaning and importance of creditsystem, and combined with the national conditions and the characteristics of highwayconstruction, this paper analyzed and discussed the credit system of highway constructionenterprise comprehensively and systematically respectively from credit investigation system,credit evaluation system and credit supervision system respectively.Investigation system is the basis and premise, it has an important role in realizingresource sharing and establishing the fair and impartial environment. This paper describedfrom the investigation model, investigation agencies, credit management and supervision.Evaluation system is the core of credit system, only a perfect credit evaluation system, cancredit system play its role of comparison and measure. Evaluation system includes standardsdivision, metrics determination and evaluation method. Supervision system is the supporter, itcan urge, complement and strengthen the credit system. This paper puts forward somesuggestions respectively from the government, market regulation and enterprise self-built.
