At present，China’s highway network formed scale initially，as an important part of thehighway planning and research，service facilities (service area) has become an important andurgent problem. Highway service area，which is used to alleviate drivers’ long-distance fatigueand provide of dinning, safeguard traffic safety, provide refueling facilities for passingvehicles, is the most complete functional areas along the highway facilities.
