With the development of social economy, tourism industry has become one of the most powerful and largest industries in the global economic development, and it has been an important part of the third industry of our country.. Tourism highway is accompanied by the development of tourism, the service object is mainly tourists, compared with the general highway, its security and service has a higher requirement. Thus, to carry out impact analysis and evaluation of the highway landscape, the aesthetics and the safety and comfort of driving principles and requirements into the highway planning, design, construction and maintenance management process, so as to the highway and the natural environment and consistent with the occupants of the mental health needs consistent with the challenges faced in the construction of highway landscape environment construction and service area.The analysis on current situation of domestic and foreign tourism highway design and research basis, study the driving load theory of tourism highway driving safety and comfort; the key technology of the basic concepts, the driver workload theory evaluation of highway landscape and landscape landscape classification and setting principles of highway, highway service area set space tourist highway design based on study on the system, finally get the students psychological evaluation index, method and technology of comfort of driver safety; determine the principles and methods of tourism highway landscape evaluation; evaluation of the psychological needs of the driver of the tourism highway landscape based on the proposed method, the service area of mountain scenic highway under different design speed and reasonable spacing: the design speed was 80km/h, 100km/h and 120km/h, set the spacing should be respectively 30 km, 37 km and 44 km service area based on driver fatigue driving. In order to improve service facilities of tourism highway landscape, set science and technology and rationality, improving the tourism highway safety and comfort level of service, improve the social and economic benefits of tourism highway construction, also for China’s tourist highway landscape, code for design of service area, the standard reference.
