Study On The Shanxi Province Rural Highway Bridge Evaluation System

There are a large number of technical and management aspects of the problem onShanxi province rural highway bridge due to the long disordered development. In order tosolve these problems and make rural highway bridge play a positive role in the process ofrural economic development, We studied the technical condition evaluation of rural highwaybridge systematically relying on the project "Shanxi province rural highway bridgetechnology evaluation system research and application." of the Shanxi Department oftransportation.We summarized the structure of rural highway bridge and common diseases throughsome datas researched hundreds of bridges which are in Shanxi Province.We found that thereis not a suitable guideline for highway Bridges, which is the key that rural highway Bridgesappear many problems. If according to the specification of the highway bridge standard aboutmaintenance "(JTG H11-2004), the various bridge parts power mix together, can’t correctlyreflect the characteristics of each type of bridge, does not reflect the actual situation of therural highway Bridges, and if according to the specification of the highway bridge techniquecondition evaluation criteria"(JTG/T H21-2011) for rural highway bridge assessment,assessment process is very complicated, because this method is not easily accepted by ruralgrassroots bridge maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is significant to formulate a set ofsuitable for rural highway bridge.In this paper, by comparing the standard "the highway bridge standard aboutmaintenance"(JTG H11-2004) and standardize the highway bridge technique conditionevaluation standard (JTG/T H21-2011), so as to find the advantages and disadvantages of twospecifications, take the advantages of various specifications to establish a more suitable forthe evaluation system of rural highway Bridges, in Shanxi Province that is in accordance withthe specification of the highway bridge technique condition evaluation criteria "(JTG/TH21-2011) bridge method to the lower part of upper structure, structure of the bridge andbridge deck system, respectively, to assess, again carries on the overall assessment of thebridge, and for each part of evaluation, specification and reference the highway bridgestandard about maintenance (JTG H11-2004) in the method, adopt the method of weight multiplied by the scale to assess the bridge.
