As China’s economic development and the promotion of urbanization, rural economy andliving needs, great changes have taken place, the township as a connecting link between urbanand rural areas, township building by the local geography, economic level, such as customsand ideas many other factors, the times intertwined with the regional impact of the type ofproblem. In this context the development of the township building has its rational side, whilethere are many problems in the lack of social attention and professional research under theguidance of the overall planning and construction to create a township there was a greatspontaneity and blindness. Existing forms of confusion township building, structure,reasonable, local traditional element is missing and other issues. Limiting the townshipbuilding healthy development.In this paper, Qinling valley township building as an object, focusing on the currentstatus and development of township building development patterns that appear chaotic,structural system is unclear, local traditional element is missing and other issues. Bycombining architectural typology thinking on the township building type research based onanalysis and study, to restore the course of development, type extract, and its influencingfactors were analyzed to explore the evolution of the township building type internal lawsprinciples.
